At Terra Bloom Designs, we aim to deliver your planters and décor pieces safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if available). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
We will review and arrange a replacement or solution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability:

The courier may attempt re-delivery.
If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only (unless otherwise specified). For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly.
